'03 dash removal

Any of you guys know the easiest way to remove the dash and head unit from my '03 Civic? There are alot of directions on the internet but they ask you to pay, WTF. So if you guys know a site or point me in the right direction, thanks.

Very tight fit if it has not ever been out.
