More Smog Bullshit

Anyhow, I was reading the paper today and found this, at least all our cars are exempt, my dads company car will have to do it (98 Chevy Silverado) but the rest of our cars are all good 91 Civic LX, 91 Accord EX, 91 Ford Bronco XLT (yeah, 91 is like our year)

Hella my friends probably are gonna have problems though

Thats means we are subject to it, cars under six years old are not. :(

Fuck!! I read that wrong, i thought new cars are subject to it. I hope my fucking car passes with this bullshit, I am going to put the stock box back on for the test, but lord knows, I may have to borrow dfarres old stock muffler (assuming he still has it)

hey no worrys my car pass this tread mill bullshit with a intake tube and mod exhaust (still has a cat) I just used the fake stickers I got from a friend. The CandP ones in a post a while back I did. Fresno has been doing this test for about 3 years now it not to bad just costs more.

you guys need to move out of california. we dont have any emissions test at all besides "is the cat there? yep. pass it". hell, in kansas, there is no vehicle inspection whatsoever. you can run open header and its legal.

theres no place like cali ................mufflers dont matter about smog if u know anyone that has a AEM intake All of the carb# are listed in the paperwork it comes with for every honda. I made fake stickers for my intake and it passed visual inspection

You guys got hella cars in florida. Everytime I am surfing ebay all these rare 4dr type-r's are always in florida.

OR is the shit. you can run open header because of all the old muscle cars. you can slam the car as far as it will go. you don't get pulled over for "noise pollution" with your car audio or loud exhaust. no smog (except in portland...but they might as well be their own state). to reg. your car it's a flat fee of like $30...none of that rates crap CA has. car ins is cheaper up here too.

i did get pulled over a lot over the cleartails. i did everything they asked each time but just couldn't win. i gave up when they said 4 LED's wasn't bright enough. i pick my battles. i'll give up tails if they leave my exhaust alone and let me roll slammed.

i'll go to CA to visit family & friends...but i will never live there again
