Hey everyone, I'm not familiar w/ fords but here I am doing a tune up on a 99 v6 mustang, gaped all the plugs exact and rechecked .054, new wires, went to fire it up before I went any further and now it runs like crap. It will barely even idle b4 stalling, smells like rotten eggs, and the cats are glowing. I dont know the complete list of problems w/ this car but I drove it in my garage w/ no problems other than slight lack of power. When I idle it up a little it'll stay running w/ a bad idle. wires are on perfect and no CEL, I have a obd reader and something about IAT sensor poped up, cleared it and now it wont came back up. ANY IDEAS? Thanks

Are the wires on in the right order? I have seen where people completely closed the gap on the plugs trying to install them and pushing them against the head or exhaust manifold.

no they are definately in the right order, and the gap was .065 on the old plugs which I thought was wrong, so the first time around I gapped the plugs at .054 didnt help, tried .064, worse, so I went back to .054.

If I pull wire 3 or 1 off I dont notice a difference in idle
