Sway bar end links

I'd like to replace my worn out bushings with some new Energy Suspension bushings on my Formula. I found a package that includes the small bushings for the rear sway bar end links and for the sway bar itself. My question is if it's really as easy a job as it looks?
Seems that there are just a few bolts to undo the sway bar and the end links, but I don't want to be suprised and have all sorts of things popping off on me so that I can't put things back together.
I've never worked on suspension and I had new bushings put on the fronts by a shop that was replacing my ball joints at the same time.
Is this something I can do in the parking lot of my apartment building with some jack stands and a few hours???
