85 accord wants to quit when warm..

it runs ok when cold and it wont go more then 45 when its warmed up, its been taken in a few times and no one can seem to get it to stay fixed.

How about spark plugs, wires, distributor cap?

It may be coolant temperature sensor. Check it out as well.
