i just installed these stobe lights and was wondering where can i tap into on the fuse box to get some power? can i just tap in to an empty slot in the fuse box? does the empty spots have juice? or should i just tap in to an existing fuse for power? thanks

if you are going to do that, use an empty slot

almost all civics and integras have male terminal blades in the fuse box that are normally used to power hondas aftermarket options. You can find Ignition, constant power and illumination terminals here. Just use a volt meter and test it. Then connect the respective wires you need with a spade (speaker style terminal connector)
