Accent Instrument Panel Light

HELP!!!!!
My instrument panel light was flashing on and off for a while. Then finally one day it completely went out, as well as all other lights inside my car. But I can't seem to find the fuse in either of the fuse boxes...is there any way of fixing this myslef or do I have to get it done by a professional?

My car kind of did that, though it may have been my fault
I added many custom lights all over the car, and shortly after, all my lights quit working
I re-wired all of them I could (which was most all of them)
worked for me, but I don't know if you know how to do that...
You should probably just take it somewhere
