Well, I honestly started this two years ago and then got back into modeling. This is only my second model since starting back in 2004. I guess I am a moron for building one of the hardest models with an even harder upgrade kit, but I wanted too. Just stinks I have too many other projects on the bench. Hope you all like it so far.

Engine so far with new disc brakes and some wiring:

Air intake = PITA:

But, I have a lot of references for all my stuff, and that helps, lol:

Hopefully more to come, but the F430 is priority now.

Later all

Looks like a good start. Nice work there on the airbox. It drove me nuts doing the CF on the airbox on my F50- looks like you put alot of work into yours as well.

Out of curiosity, are the cam covers painted?

Hey, some of those reference materials look familiar!

I have spent about 20 hours on that airbox, and the pic doesn't do it justice.

As far as the reference materials, well, I need the best I can find, and your's are obvioulsy of that caliber. (Jon bows, lol)
