Car wont start....

My car is not starting... Its not the battery/fuel/spark.
Wont even try to turn over, let alone make the little click noise the starter does... Im thinking its the Ignition Switch... any ideas?

how many miles are on the car? do you have a heavy key ring/chain? check the eci fuse? how about the PTU?
