94 skylark changed bulbs now won't start

thrd brake light wouldnt work thought it was the bulbs it wasnt any way when i took them out to check something happened, it blew my turn signal bulbs in front, any way changed them now the car wont start turns over fine aint starting though what have i done already checked fuses
