Belt tensioner question

It looks like the drive belt tensioner in my 1997 3.1 liter will have to be replaced soon. Is the bolt a left handed thread type? Thanks.

My Car won't start i have changed the battery and the alternator i was told the tensioner was bad but befor i buy it i want to know for sure thats what i need you can hear the knocking under the hood in my youtube video of the car here....http://youtube.com/watch?v=Hzs-iKI6csA..... but that was befor the car died this is my last hope no one seems to know anything so i snied up for this and i hope someone knows something

Welcome to AF. Ok, you jumped in on the middle of a 2 year thread, you need to start a new one, see the thread starter button in the main forum page, second do you have spark and fuel pressure, a belt tensioner will not cause a no start. BTW, year and engine are required!
