Hi everyone,
I have a Honda Civic 1.5i V-TECH2 1997 model (R Registration) it has done 49354 miles on the clock.
When i press the clutch i can hear a squeeking sound, you have to listen carefully to hear it, but its there. Also it feels like the engine is revving only very slightly when i press the clutch. The revving sound only comes when the clutch is almost fully down.
Anyone know why this is happening?
All help very much appreciated.
Cheers,
Mo.

check the clutch fluid. The reservoir is located next to the brake master cylinder, on the drivers side.

I had that problem on my accord. Your clutch bearing is probably dried out... just needs some grease

the squeak is coming from between the brake & clutch cylinder resivours if you remove them you can apply a small layer of black silicone behind them this should stop the noise
