sr20 motor

hello people...i am a owner and i am wondeirng about your car. i have heard about a sr20 motor for the sentra. reason i am asking is cuz our 240/silvia use a sr20det in. same engine only for front. well any info will be great so i can say hondas suck even more. peace

I don't really know what you're asking...but yes, the se sentra has the sr20de in it. It is the NA version of the det. Produces about 145 hp stock but can handle up to around 300-350 whp on stock internals. There are a couple people who have dropped the det into their sentras and from what I hear, it's a pretty easy swap. I don't know what else to tell ya

there is a (b13 platform???) sunny gtir in japan with awd and a sr20det..

the S seried SR20DET come in a a inline rear drive config(but you should know that.) that rear drive config will not work in our cars.. the awd however works fine.

the fact is most items that sentra Sr owners use to do up there SR n/a with a turbo is off those vehicles with AWD..

thanks for the info...but i was just wondering if there was a turbo sentra in japan...so keep killing honda ass out there...nissan rules...oh but 240 will rock you guys...:D

food for thought. (utlimately funny) i thought about possibly bolting a N/A Sr20 motor to a 240sx.. it would require alot of custom bends and such especially for the manifold. but with a 7500 rpm redline and some port polish compression you name it.. a 240 with a sr swap would kick royal ass.. something i would think about(if you cannot afford turbo maintence.. )

there is a n/a version of the sr that is rear wheel drive

i think that is in one of the silvia models.. however i dont remember..
