I have a 1997 Grand Prix GT coupe and the keyless fob will not reset can anyone tell me how i can fix this problem

Are you trying to set up a new keyless entry remote? If so, have you rmoved the correct relay (I can't remember which one)?
I may be completely off of what you are looking for though, I'm not sure what you mean by FOB.
