broken track bar bracket

I have a '99 Superduty that had a leveling kit on it when I bought it. The bracket the track bar mounts to on the axle tub has broken in half several times now. It has been re-welded several times now and I'm to the point I'd like to replace it rather than fix it. Can I just replace the axle tub on the right side which has the bracket? Also, what would cause this braket to break in the first place? I'm not sure if the leveling kit they put on had a new braket for the frame side or not. If it's still that stock braket would it be putting too much stress on the track bar?
