I had the Audiovox version of the same unit. It was cool for about the first month, then I got tired of it. After that I sold it for cheap. It was OK, though. The only thing I didn't like about it was that the screen's movement was kinda slow. And in my eclipse, the dash is very tilted and sometimes the screen wouldn't even come out at all. But it does ok in cars with flat dashes like trucks and my buddies Camaro. Hope you enjoy it.

For the price I havent been able to find anything to match it. Also I've talked to plenty of people that have it and they all seem to be happy with it so if nothing else I'll use it and if I dont like it I can sell it

I agree. I used to work at Circuit City and then worked at Best Buy. Jensens all around kinda suck. I know Best Buy doesn't sell them, but we would get people bringing their cars with them in getting them replaced. Yeah, the price is low, but you get what you pay for. I again agree with Black Knight saying that the headunit itself will be fiine, but the motor or just the actually track and hinges that it uses will have problems with lots of use.

That argument can be used with high end models to. My buddy had an eclipse dvd in his eclipse and the motor went out on that also. So I'm not really worried about it if it breaks it breaks

Not bad at ALL for the price. I will be getting one for my new car. Most likely in will be motorized. Still contemplating if I want the motorized ones or just the regular type. Hopefully I will get navigation too, but that is where the prices go up. The pioneer avic ones are nice.

Im pretty sure I can find a used pioneer avic-n2 for like $5-600. But then again I cant justify buying used electronics....

If I dont like this one I can get the factory dodge gps unit and It plugs directly in. The one thing I'm bummed about is I have to ditch the 6 disc but after I think about it I've used it once so its not that big of deal

what you need to do is get xhibit and west coast customs to hook that car up. forget about 7" monitor. get eight 10" monitors all around, and a 40" plasma screen in the trunk. now thats a system. lol:iceslolan
