Coil Pack resistance?

I was looking at aftermarket coil packs and I was wondering if you want a higher or lower primary and secondary resistances?

I was looking at these two. I was leaning more towards the AC/Delco ones.

I am partial to MSD products. As for the resistance ratio, I have no idea. Either go with accel or the MSD ones.
