Most likely the heater core is clogged or restricted. Heater cores should be flushed separately from the rest of the cooling system. Did you change the thermostat? Did you bleed all the air out of the cooling system? Flush the system until it is clean. Check the coolant sensor that controls the fan. Make sure the fan motor itself is good. Check the relay or module that controls the fan. Make sure the fins in the radiator are clear of debri and bugs.

Solution to the problem....

The engin was full of rust deposit left by the original radiator which had deteriated...

Changes to new parts
1.Water pump
2.Radiator
3.Thermostat (rust ate it badly, completly broken, made it in closed position in housing)

Cleaning procedures:
Flushed system with drain plug open(no drain plug in), stuck water hose in cap hole. put wet vac on drain plug with adaptor via homebrew adapter..
There was more crust than on a pie, sounded like suckin up rocks....
*After that super enima, I putt everything back together, new thermostat, new housing seal, put some super cleaner in there drove it all day, next day drained it and put in some prestone....
