Can't find headlight relay

I have a '96 s10 with headlight problems. Google search led to the conclusion that my headlight relay is going bad. Owner's manual tells me nothing, Haynes tells me nothing. One dealership I called didn't know where it was located, and another looked on the computer and said there is no headlight relay listed for my truck, just a DRL module. Anybody smarter than they are that can help me please?
