Has anybody ever built a car trailer? If anyone has do you have pics or a description of how you did it?(I just bought a Revell NSX and going to turn it to a race car.Using a Ford F150 I built as the tow truck).Any help???

I think Revell came out with a racecar trailer set this year. It remember it having at least one figure, fuel cans and some spare tires that won't work with the NSX. See if you can find it. Its not very popular. I've only seen in some shops. If you want to scratchbuild. Buy the Evergreen styrene model building stuff at a hobby store. They have many shapes, sizes, round, square, I-beams, etc. Then find an old wheel tire set and addt that to some axles and then mount some lights to it and you're done.

I tried to find the Revell trailer set but all I can find is the Silverado with the Sea doo.I will see if I can get styrene sheets at a craft store later this week.(PS I don't think I can order styrene sheets from evergreen cause i live in Canada)Any other ideas???

revell made a awesome metal trailer, I think its discontinued. if you are looking for closed trailers, a discontinued company called "Galaxy" made awesome stuff.

That is the Revell kit, but unfortunately I can't find the box or instructions for it, so I don't know the kit number. There's another guy on here with a red one being pulled by a van, he might have it. :)

I need/want to detail the hitch a bit and scratch build better taillights and add a license plate...

The one you have Jay is almost exactly like the Revell one, except the Revell kit has walls around the tire rack and what-not. I think I'm going to rebuild mine seeing as how I put it together before I was really into detail and it didn't turn out too well. :)
