got a chance to get a stock 460 from a junkyard this saturday for about $50.00. worth it to put in the 86? its complete from pan to intake, just needs a carb, its coming out of a 70's f-100, and it seems to be a fairly new motor, its still clean as hell and the rest of the truck looks like shit. anyway, am i going to need new brackets for motor mounts? let me know, thanks

That is mucho cubes for $50, what do you have to lose? Tranny come with it? I just hope you like going in a straight line :D

To put a 460 in a fox you need engine swap motor mounts, headers, and accesory brackets. Also you will need an aftermarket hood, a tranny with big block bolt pattern, and all the other little things to make it all complete.
