Well it is time for me to upgrade my fuel system. I will be buying a Walbro 255HP fuel pump tomorrow. Now I really want to get some power out of my Big 16G. I have heard that max boost on pump gas is around 24~psi. So since I will be using a SAFC2 which injectors should I use that will satisfy the turbo. Also I will get megan racing fuel pressure regulator and maybe a fuel rail ( is it that necessery to have aftermarket fuel rail). So basicly : I want to get about maybe 19psi out of my 16G if possible. I am confused about the injectors since I really dont know whats the biggest injectors safc can control. If I get say 750cc with the walbro and megan fuel pressure regulator, using the safc to tune it hoiw many pounds of boost should I be able to get out of the Big 16G keeping my engine on the safe side of course.
thanks guys

You can't controle 750cc injectors with the SAFCII. Compensation is only +/-50%. Please don't get the Megan Racing FPR. It's not somthing I personaly would trust with fuel. Get a Aeromotive 13109 with Marchel liquid gauge. Don't bother with a fuel rail, and buy a fuel pump rewire kit.
Thank-you drive through..

Do what scottsee says.
Also, Why would you want to spend 250 dollars on an SAFC when you can spend 500 and just get DSMlink. Than you can run whatever size injectors you want.
We have a saying.
Mod right or mod twice.
Even if you never go bigger than a 16g, You can make more power off of it with dsmlink than with a SAFC.

If you really want to go with the AFC then 660s is the biggest you should go...but if you are only looking to run that much boost then 550s are fine...and you dont need a fuel rail...and get the Aeromotive FPR...dont waste your time and money on the Megan one...

IIRC, 680's is the absolute biggest injectors that the SAFC can handle without it being a complete total waste of money.
