Batteries?

Well i just had to get a new battery today and i was told these cars only take one kind of battery (Die-Hard Gold Series) i know thats just the brand name though. just curious.

Thats not true. The Die-Hard is just Sear's brand actually made by Johnson Controls. The stock is AC Delco and I know aftermarket AZ Duralast, Interstate, Exide, Everstart and other brands work as long as the specs match up such as where the terminals are located, cold cranking amps, reserve capacity, etc.

Regardless, IMO the Die Hard is a good battery.

ohh ok yeah i think thats what i meant, like the die hard gold series was the only kind of die hard battery they carry that will work in these cars.
