window motor replace

Any advice on the easiest way to replace the front driver window motor in my 94 caprice. I have the door taken down to the metal and the motor is nearly unreachable and riveted in.

The rivets usually need to be drilled through to release the motor. The replacement motor CAN be bolted into position, but the rivets are a more secure method which won't work loose.
