'94 Fuse Box... where?

I've tried looking for the fusebox on my '94 Metro, but can't find it. Someone mentioned under the dash, but I've looked all over. Can anyone offer a description, like left of the steering wheel... etc..

its under the dash on the drivers side of the car, is to the left of the steering column, might have a white plastic cover over it. there is also one under the hood by the battery with the main fuses in it
