:screwy: Just bought a 97 chevy tahoe lt. This thing is loaded with all the options available in 97. Was wondering what mods I should start with? I was thinking of replacing all the speakers, adding a dvd player and a few headrest tvs. Then maybe some headers, dual exhausts, and new tires? Any suggestions would be great.

I'd replace the cap/rotor, plug/plug wires, gaskets, FPR, and fuel pump first. Then do all that other stuff. Hope this helps.

Soon as I bought this truck I replaced the plugs, wires, cap n rotor, Battery. The fuel filter is next on the list along with valve cover gaskets, and rear drums and shoes. But those will be done soon if not today. Was thinking of throwin a 3 inch body lift and some 20 inch rims with beefy ass tires on it. You dont see that too much. Give me some of your input.:icon16:

Yeah, a three inch lift would kick ass...I'd do it on my truck, but I tow a lot and I've heard from others that it could become a problem down the road...I still might do it though..lol..but yeah, the bigger the tires the better in my opinion...definitely get a fuel filter though...forgot about that one...new breaks can't hurt either...I put new front pad and rotors on mine right after I got her....you have any pics?
