Tucci's $3 Million Ridler car ????

There have been a bunch of rumors floating around about Tucci Hotrods up in upstate NY having about $3 Million into thier Ridler already. I passed through on trip about a month ago, on interstate 90, and tried to get a peek but they have it under tight wraps, acting like it was a military project or something, the only info they would tell me is that its a Mid 30's Ford and they have unheard of time into it, but it will be debuting at this years Ridler. If its compared to any of the other rods i saw in there it should be insane.

Anybody else know know any details?
