Fan speed heater

When I bought this car the fan speed for the heater only worked on 4,5. Now it does not work at all. Replaced resistor and relay still nothing.

- Check all of the fuses?
- Maybe the actual switch went bad on the dash
- Maybe the blower itself went bad
- Maybe the actual switch went bad on the dash
- Maybe the blower itself went bad
