v6 to v8 engine swap?

Just wandering if anybody out there has any input on how easy it is to swap out a 3.9 litre v6 out of a 1994 Dakota 5speed and put in a 360 v8?.. What all do I need and how hard is it to do? Any help in this matter would be greatly appreicated.

Look on the bottom right corner, they sell a kit with everything you need to do the conversion. Just ran across it yesterday.
