need help with fuel pressure

can anyone tell me what the fuel pressure at the fuel rail is suppost to be at??

sorry: 97 3.5L
someone suggested the pressure should be 120lbs which seemed a little high
have since found out it should be 40-45 at 'key on' and 45-50 at 'engine idle'.
