93 Clutch line pressure loss?

Hi I've got a 93 3.2sohc w/165k mi. and I've noticed lately that getting into 1st 2nd and reverse is getting increasingly hard. Not only that but once I do get it chunked in, in 1st for example the vehicle still crawls forward even when I have the clutch pedal completely to the floor.

Oh and btw this had a new clutch put in about 2k miles ago.

The slave cylinder has plenty of fluid but it has had a slight leak for years. I thought at first that the transmission was low on oil so I added some and that didn't help. Then for a bit I was scared the synchronizers were going for 1st and 2nd but that didn't make any sense since reverse was just as bad.

So I've pretty figured out I'd better replace my slave cylinder to clutch hose. Am I right in assuming that this is just a rubber hose that goes from the slave cylinder, to a tube connector on the upper drivers side of the tranny? Can I do this myself ya think? Thanks for any input.

Maybe this will help you decide if what repairs you want to make.

This procedure must be performed when reservoir has been emptied, or if system has been disassembled.

Set parking brake.
Check level of clutch fluid (http://library.alldatapro.com/alldata/LIB~C20550~R0~OD~N/0/41746052/56622331/56622425/56622426/34853741/34860071/34860772/97115202) in reservoir and replenish as necessary.
Connect a vinyl tube to bleeder screw and insert opposite end into a transparent container.
Pump clutch pedal several times, then hold pedal depressed.
Loosen bleeder to release clutch fluid (http://library.alldatapro.com/alldata/LIB~C20550~R0~OD~N/0/41746052/56622331/56622425/56622426/34853741/34860071/34860772/97115202) with air bubbles into container, then tighten bleeder screw. Do not release clutch pedal until bleeder screw has been tightened.
Repeat Steps 4 and 5 until no air bubbles come out of vinyl tube. During bleeding operation, ensure reservoir is kept full at all times

replace the slave and bleed as described. You've got air in your lines.
