626 headgasket and comression need some help please

ive got 626 1.8 1994 the headgasket blew between 3/4 cyl ive replaced the headgasket but now i havent got any compression at all compression tester does not register wot so eva is there anyone that could help me please thanks for any info you can give me.

ive found out the problem now about the above someone had put the wrong marks onto the cams so the exhaust valves where open just enough 2 lose the compression in each cyl
