96 Maxima Headlight Plug burnouts

I have a 96 Maxima which continually burns out the headlight plugs. I have changed them 5 times in the past two months. Most recently I upgraded to the high temperature plugs hoping this would resolve the problem and it has not. I just installed the high temperature plug yesterday and it has already melted. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Your using the wrong size headlight bulb power ratings. Draws too much current and melts it. 55w/60w bulbs should be fine

Is it easy to replace headlight plugs? Do you have instructions? I have a 98 Maxima and need to do the same thing. Thanks.
