94 sentra battery problem

my 94 snetra baterry was installed backwards now it won't start. could it have blown a fuse or would anyone know what it could be?

could have done a lot more worse things than blown a fuse, anywhere from blown your starter, to fried wiring harnesses, to fried your ECU...you get the idea
