98 contour trans spew out dipstick hole

My 98 contour just started spew trans fluid out the dipstick hole have had it for about six months first sign of the problem 3 weeks ago ...dipstick is in tight trans not over full....problem still happens when trans is low on fluid.
Has any one else had this problem? Have they found a Fix?
