'92 explorer starter

i have 92 explorer auto.. over last months it would click, and slighty turn, with sparks , then after several attempts start, know it will not start at all. i have full power of light and radio and horn, windows even after trying several starts, so i dont think its battery. i hear fuel pump turn on then a large audible click ... i sthe problem the starter, solenoid, starter relay or something else and how can i tell/differeniate/test between each thanks for any help

get a new starter.solenoid comes with it.
