Wiring

i was wondering where i can get a wiring diagram off the internet and if anyone can help me out my cigette ligher isn't working there are no wires hooked up i fround a black wire with sliver and i hooked it in and it still won't work..can anyone tell me whats wrong. like i don't know what number it is on the fuse panel oris there anothe way i can hook it up...can anyone help me

All it needs is a positive and negative and it'll have power.

Tap into the stereo power and just ground it to the frame, it'll work like a million bucks.
