yeah... any steering wheel that comes from before 1992, that I know of, maybe later than that... but I have an 88 LX wheel in my 1st gen 'rex, and I have a 89 teg wheel going into my 88 'rex, after I make the Honda plate for the center of it.. but a 1992 teg wheel will also fit, I've already tried it.. but yeah, basically, go to your junkyard, pull a wheel that you like, and find a EF civic/ DA integra / later model honda's to see if it will fit.
It's not like it takes ten mins to swap or anything... :)

If only you knew what i had to do to get it in there:grinno: Lots of cuting...the accord dash is too wide and to long.I also had to make new pipes for the hot/cold vents.New mounts for the dash .A lot of rewireing to get the gauges to worke+ cabel to elec. speed sensor. And lets not forget i had to motorise the vents system. And im still working on it:)
Edit:Had to relocate the igniton to. You should see it in the pic next to the shifter on the dash(sigaret lighter)

I like how it looks so far! Are those gauges functional? I wouldn't do that much work but cudos, it looks good! Why would you relocate the ignition switch?

All the guages and lights worke + i added the breaklights sensors for the rear lights that the accord has so when one burns out the guages give a sign.
had to relocate the ignitos so that i would not get in the way. The accord dash is longer then civics. The igniton would have been behind the dash if i would have left it like that.

Yes all the guages worke....its not that hard to rewire if you gave the accord and civic wire schematics. To get the speedomeeter to worke i needed a 93 civic speed sensor.
I know for an old car its a lot of worke...but hey keeps me busy:) and i like the worke .I also swaped a browntop zc in to my car .That was fun to fit:icon16:

the words browntop and ZC, shouldn't be in the same sentence together... not that I know of anyway... I"m pretty sure if you have a browntop DOHC engine, you have a D16A1 teg motor from an 86/87 teg. you should look into getting a blacktop head.. I can get you one for 100 plus shipping, direct bolt on for your engine, and the difference is 102-108 Hp (Browntop) vs. 118-125 Hp (Blacktop)
And, according to the tuner shop down the road, more tuning capability... honestly tho, you should just change it over to all ZC internals lol... 9.6:1 Compression... with dome pistons... :)
Nice work on the dash, and always remember... just b/c someone doesn't like it, doesn't mean that you shouldn't do it.. after all, YOU'RE THE ONE THAT HAS TO DRIVE IT.
but yeah, all in all, nice work... and kudo's for relocating the ignition.

Well it a browntop and it says ZC1 on the back of the engine. Dont know if its a EURO ZC or JAP the car that it was in is rated 92kw thats about 125hp
. The 91 ZC is rated at 96kw thats 130hp . Anyway i converted it firm vac. timing to elec. timing + next summer PM7 pistons are going in.:)
I know have had a lot of negativ response about the car and i keep saing the same thing that im the one who has to drive it:iceslolan

Hmm... well, if it IS a ZC engine, then cool... I'd be wondering about the head being swapped on it tho.. b/c if you look on www.nippon-motors.com (http://www.nippon-motors.com), they have a pic of the ZC1 and ZC2, and both have black valve covers on them, and the USDM browntop Valve cover won't fit on the blacktop head, although the CPS and dizzy will... but either way, have some fun with it....
and go to www.theZCR.com (http://www.theZCR.com) for all the info you need on that particular engine.

The ZC that are on the nippon site are OBD0 and OBD1... I know the zcr site. thats were i got the idea to swap the older ZC :grinyes:
