1999 CR-V SRS Light On and Horn Not Working

Took my car into the shop and it has been there for two days. Got the following work done:

Service and minor tune-up
Replaced tie rods, rack and pinion
Replaced brake pads
Wheel alignment

Spent a bunch of money but the work needed to be done. Picked the car up and it rode really well but noticed that the SRS Light was on. When I dropped it off at the shop for the repairs, the light was not on but the service manager was trying to argue with me that maybe it was on.

Anyway, I got them to pay for some new pressure cam sensor (not quite sure what that is) to hopefully take care of the SRS Light problem. Won't know yet as the part is special order. Anyway, it would appear to me that there must be some connection here with the SRS air bag light and the horn not working. The service manager kept telling me that it was purely co-incidental. Furthermore, I have just noticed that the cruise control is not working either.

Would anyone out there care to shed any light on what may be the issue here? Is there any possibility that this problem (SRS light, horn and cruise control) are related and may have been caused by a service mechanic doing the above related work or is it purely co-incidental.

Thanks sage:

Being a dumbie when it comes to autos, would you care to elaborate on how getting a wheel alignment may damage the clock spring?

I'm trying to develop a case just incase the dealership tries to stiff me on any additional repairs.

I do not know what they did when they did the alignment but I know. that if they did anything with the stering column that if it was not put aligned properly when installed it could have broke the wiring inside of the clock spring. This is the part that links the stering wheel with the rest of the car. Horn switch to horn. Airbag module to computer and sensors. Cruse control switches to computer. hope this helps
