Will a 22re stand up to a small turbo

Got a solid 86 22re. Would it stand up to something like the turbo from 3.8L pontiac if I rebuilt everything first??

SInce the 22RTE is a turbo version of the 22RE, it shouldn't be a problem if you're planning a rebuild first, especially if you use 22RTE equivalent pistons, etc.
