Ford Escort 96LX .... power steering fluid

I just recently made a 3000 mile drive across the country. My car was perfect when i made it to DC but now the wheel is getting a little stiff on turns. So i bought power steering fluid and for the life of me I can't find where it goes. I don't have my owners manual, fords system of getting owners manuals online is antiquated. Can someone help?
