rim size ?

I would like to know if a 1997 stock hub rims (14inch) would fit on a 2003 se neon ??. I have 14 inche rims but i left them back home (Nwe Mexico). The size were 175/70/14...Now i have 17 inch wheelz and I'm here in Canada and its snowing like crazy and need my stock wheels back on .. jus would like to know if a 97 stock hub rims would fit my 2003 neon se..cuz a fren has sum..
