97 dohc to 96 sohc engine swap need help

hey guys,
newbie here trying to solve a prob. i recently blew up my 97 neon racing and have a replacement motor but need info on a motor swap.i need help trying to figure out whether a 97 dohc manual tranny will bolt up to a 96 sohc engine that had an auto tranny. both engines are the 2.0. plz help!!!!!thanks,

It will bolt up just fine...no problems.

are you positive bro? i mean it is totally important to get this perfect.

ii am also taking the cpu that is with the sohc but it had an auto tranny will this matter? i have the old cpu for the dohc cpu but it was a manual tranny. Is the only difference going to be the position of the rev limiter?:banghead:
