Question on a 1995 GS-T

Okay, i just recently found a '95 GS-T. A couple minor things. The front Air dam has been cracked, the passenger side seat has two small rips it them, and the car has about 115k miles on it. THe guy has put well over 7,000 into the engine itself. He has a GSX, 6 speaker sound system in his GS-T. Brand new turbo, timing belt, and a twin turbo intercooler. Has alot of engine mods, too many to list. The front two tires are almost bald, and minor touch-up spots. The rotors on the brakes need turned also. He want's 9,500 for the car. Is the car worth it? Yes or No? And please state reasons.

id say no... cuz first of all i want to fix my car up on my own not have someone before me do it... and plus he has engine mods so u know he races it, it could be ragged out and shit lol

Your right man, the car was beat to hell. The interior and exterior were both in shit condition. The engine was dirty as hell too. I am probably gonna get a 95 GSR.
