2001 Buick LeSabre - Headllight relay prob??

My leSabre is possessed. The lights dim and then return to normal when I give it some gas. It keeps doing it espec. on highway. Someone suggested it could be a headlight relay switch. Does anyone know? I don't want to pay the dealership beaucoup dollars...if it is something I can buy and replace myself. This car is becoming a money pit. :grinyes: Any input would be very much appreciated.

Not sure if this will help but I had a similar problem with my headlights pulsing.Was worst at highway speeds.Turned out to be the voltage regulator in the alternator.You may want to have it checked.
