replacing transmission

Aight I am going to go ahead and replace this tranny in my 97 cavy.
It is a 3 spd auto. Does anyone know of a place or can give me a walk through on how to do this. I'm no mechanic but I can do pritty much anything as long as I have good directions. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. BTW I found a good used tranny for 165 at U-Pull-IT and they put a 6 month warranty on it. So if I can install it myself I will save alot of money. Tranny shop wants 850 to rebuild the one that is in there now.
