Crude oil prices headed down again

Talk of cutbacks in oil production has done little to move the price of gasoline. Regular unleaded gasoline stands at $2.23 a gallon at the pump today, 1 cent cheaper than the national average Friday, Nov. 10, according to AAA, of Heathrow, Fla.
