ECU plug?

i am looking for the plug that i connect the check engine thing into but i cant find it. I thought it should have been right under the steering wheel by the fuse box but mine isnt there. Anyone have any idea?

Oh yeah, by the way, i have a 93 civic EX

service check connector located behind the right kick panel.

Passenger side, 2-wire plug with a blue connector.

oh weird i thought it was under the driver side like under the steering wheel right next to the fuse box
