Whats up guys, I just bought a 91 Integra with a B16A, PR3 ECU and some shitty wiring. After spending a couple hours each day for three days re-wiring the vtec and the knock sensor and cutting through the harness wired off the ECU I finally have it working perfect. I ordered new motor mounts and I want to know what I need to get the car to do the 1320 in mid-low 14's. I was thinking cams, valvetrain, and exhaust. The car already has Intake, DC Headers, a new stage 2 clutch w/new cable and a new tranny. Any suggestions would be great. And I would like to stay away from messing with the ECU as much as possible. Unless there are things needed to be done with these upgrades. This is my first vtec motor so I am kinda new with this one. Thanks ahead.

If you want to go fast, boost it.....i'm completely set on turbo setups over NA. I have built NA stuff in the past, but now that i'm on my second turbo build, i WILL NEVER go back to NA....

Yes, but I have a turbo car. I want a fast NA car. Besides, is it difficult to make a B16 do 1/2 mile in mid-low 14's?? I really don't see it being that hard or expensive.

i doubt it would be very hard...get a good header and exhaust, then cams and an intake manifold, RC310 injectors and Hondata S200

it depends on how wild the cams are that you use...if you get something like a simple Skunk2 cam or ITR cams or something, then no, but if you go with something a little wilder (Toda VTEC killer cams :naughty: ) then yes....if it were my car, i would do it regardless since it is already apart.

Thanks for your help dude. I at least have good idea of what I need to do now. I will most likely replace the springs and valves, but I am going to document this whole project this time around. This car is laughable right now, other then the healthy B16A inside of it. Oh shit, I forgot, what about civic Type R cams?

go to www.honda-tech.com and look in the All Motor Forum and they'll give you a better idea of what will and won't work for your setup
