89 Ranger: Hazards works, but no turn signals.
I don’t know what to say but thank you for any help. I did replace the flasher relay in the fuse panel although I felt like it could not be it because the hazards are work. All other lights are working. There is no relay clicking with the turn signals.
I have changed out parts on my vehicles but I have very little experience working on vehicles.
I don’t have an owners manual. What goes in the empty slots in the fuse panel?

you might have to replace your turn signal switch. you can go to any part store and buy a manual. There are around 17.00. But it is definitely worth it.

My 97 Taurus had the exact opposite problem -- hazards wouldn't come on for anything but the turn signals worked... most of the time. Sometimes they'd just flicker so fast it sounded like a mouse on crank's heartbeat. I had to replace the multifunction switch, but everything returned to normal then.
Your problems sound like you need to do that too -- I agree with Elizabeth0365.
Good luck!

I had to replace the turn signal module on the steering column.
